You will also be receiving a laminated Sanitation Guide (decision matrix) provided by Terry Briggs, the TSLB Chairman. This guide will break down the complicated FRA regulations regarding sanitation requirements on locomotives. By answering the questions and following the decision matrix flow chart, you can easily determine if the locomotive you are working on meets the FRA standards for sanitation.
