NEW UNION PACIFIC TIMEKEEPING HOURS EFFECTIVE MONDAY JUNE 14, 2004

Subject: Timekeeping Call Center Hours are changing

Effective June 14, 2004, the Timekeeping customer service call center hours will change to 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central time, Monday through Friday. This change is necessary as it will allow us to have more timekeeping representatives available to meet the increasing customer service needs of your constituents.

Also note that you still may call in after-hours and leave a message on our voice mail system. Our toll free number is 1-800-877-0309.
